    I am Mr. G. Gowri Sankar barring customer ID: JPS64QVBN on my last booking Mahindra KUV100 (vehicle plate number is AP31TP1147). at MVP, Visakhapatnam. I paid Rs.580/- towards fee for four hours for the same i.e 9 a.m to 1 p.m on 31st july 2018. We started to find our desired car by fallowing Google map which was sent by you. there we started searching in all streets here and there by fallowing the same Google map, finally after an hour struggling I fail to find the same then immediately I called to your service point and went back to there to get some assistance. There we shocked to have such a worst experience with your employee’s customer servicing style. We never find anywhere such a rough dealing with customers. Simply they refused to help us in anyway in this case and they started argument with us by using a abused language with the cause of that, it is not part of there job. After that issue again we tried and after hared quest of two and half an hour we found my designated car in very dirty condition and in such a location where construction works are going on and no access to go easily to unlock the same. During this process we spend two and an half hour late to find my car that you can check and compare in my booking time and unlocking timings.
