    I am not able to log in through my laptop. Whenever I enter my id password on laptop and enter otp. After clicking confirm it returns to the same login page and again start showing sign in option. After trying several time I am facing the same issue. Although, I can easily sign in through my mobile. But, for google 2FA I need to login on my laptop browser. So, I am unable to trade even on my phone.

    Kotak Bank has disabled Special Transactions for deposit as per RBI Instructions.
    Alphanumeric numbered account numbers cannot be used for performing special transactions with Kotak.

    Please provide alternate solution.

    By mistake while depositing an INR amount i dint put my koinex ID on the remarks coloumn. as the notification mentions that the payment will not be acceptable. therefore, I would like to know how much time will it take for koinex team to reject the payment so that the same can be highlighted in my account.

    i have accessed koinex website with 2FA QR code scanned by google authenticator and after successful login i deleted the app i was not aware that i need this every time .. when i am trying to login again its asking for OTP which is going on authenticator app .. i installed google authenticator aap again ..but its not showing any records its getting activated again.. now i dnt have QR code of Koinex .. please help how to login ..

    I have transferred 49000 from my bank account (inclusive of 2% payment Gateway Charges), from bank it was redirected to the koinex account and the koinex page show a failure with retry (money deducted from my bank).     However, I have received the successful message from “Mobikwik”.

    Initiated my money withdrawal on 8th January. Till 15th January , transaction status was pending. I was following your regular update on INR withdrawal. On 16th January , i observed transaction status completed with blank reference number. I raised support TT – 197580.

    Since you guys don’t have any customer care no , not sure where to contact for this issue. Request you update me ASAP.

    These guys are either frauds or not reliable at all. I have made transaction and payment gateway(PayU) has been provided transaction success message but the amount is not reflected. And support ticket has been raised (ticket# 194780) and all supported document along with card statement has been provided to them for verification but still they have not updated my account. Never trust these guys, I’m planning to go with legal option to resolve the issue.

Right now i have seen in open order 150 ripple price 73.When i try to calnce the order then this error show(Order not present in order book,cant cancel). Due to this my Rs.10977.38 is block, I am not able to using this amount for tred or withdrawal please help me. I have raised the ticket for taht but till not getting resolution

    Dear Koinex Team, I have order NCASH (Nucleus Vision) on 29/03/2018, 21:39:06, order has not been processed and shows in my Open Order, I could not get this order cancelled. Getting error as “Order is not present in order book, can’t cancel” whenever tried to cancel the order. Due to this my amount of Rs. 1,40,299.93 got struck and I am unable to do trading. I have raised the ticket to fix this issue and reached through FB but not getting any response. Kindly assist to cancel my order and release my amount ASAP. Ticket number 286982. Otherwise I have to seek for legal action.
