    I am not able to log in through my laptop. Whenever I enter my id password on laptop and enter otp. After clicking confirm it returns to the same login page and again start showing sign in option. After trying several time I am facing the same issue. Although, I can easily sign in through my mobile. But, for google 2FA I need to login on my laptop browser. So, I am unable to trade even on my phone.

    Kotak Bank has disabled Special Transactions for deposit as per RBI Instructions.
    Alphanumeric numbered account numbers cannot be used for performing special transactions with Kotak.

    By mistake while depositing an INR amount i dint put my koinex ID on the remarks coloumn. as the notification mentions that the payment will not be acceptable. therefore, I would like to know how much time will it take for koinex team to reject the payment so that the same can be highlighted in my account.

    Despite multiple followup on this issue in last 6 days i haven’t receive single response. I have made INR deposit of 50K on 10th Jan and got the transaction successful message also got the confirmation from bank that transaction is successful. The amount is not showing up in koinex account.

    I am vary frustrating regarding my previous deposit i have complaint multiple time no action was taken from your side where is my 10000 rupees i don’t have any idea regarding your payment gateway PayU confirm that they have performed a successfully transaction on date ( 2018-01-16 15:41:12 ) and they also insure that problem was on koinex side i am daily mail you open an ticket but nothing was doing your customer support i have pay your fees regarding the payment gateway still i am waiting you guys have no communication number or anything that i have connect you only using an open an ticket either mail you that was really unexpected from me.
    I have referred an multiple people form open an account if you check i have referred more 15 account that was open from my referral id.
    But if yo have provide such type of behavior to me totally unexpected from me.

    on that when i deposit an 10000 amount ripple price was 58 now its move 125 who will responsible for that who will berried that loss tell and every day i have try to connect you but no response from your side

    These guys are either frauds or not reliable at all. I have made transaction and payment gateway(PayU) has been provided transaction success message but the amount is not reflected. And support ticket has been raised (ticket# 194780) and all supported document along with card statement has been provided to them for verification but still they have not updated my account. Never trust these guys, I’m planning to go with legal option to resolve the issue.

Getting error as “Order is not present in order book, can’t cancel” whenever tried to cancel the order. Due to this my amount of Rs. 1,40,299.93 got struck and I am unable to do trading. I have raised the ticket to fix this issue and reached through FB but not getting any response. Kindly assist to cancel my order and release my amount ASAP. Ticket number 286982. Otherwise I have to seek for legal action.
